"I have both the gas and wood burning adapters. The gas adapter is very easy to use. You just light it and walk away. When it is time to cook, I turn it down to 1/3, so the top doesn't burn. You can't do that with wood, so consider a gas-only."
"Easy to use, managing the flame is a cinch. Love that it uses propane, wish I could add a little wood-smoke flavor to it and might experiment with soaked wood in foil packets at some point. But I am now making the best pizza we’ve had where we live and loving it."
