You don’t need to upgrade. Every Ooni oven ever created will bake amazing pizza. This is a way to help out those of you who have already decided you’d like to change oven; perhaps because a different size or fuel type suits a change in circumstance, or because of some of the new features we’ve launched over the years.
No catch. This program is just our way of saying thanks for being an Ooni customer by making it easier for you to enjoy new products and features.
When you click on the ‘Start Upgrade’ button and complete the form, one of our team will be in touch in a few days with your discount code. Nothing happens to your current Ooni oven when you start the upgrade process. There is no ‘trade-in’ necessary to participate in this program.
Your upgrade credit discount code will be emailed to you around 3-5 days after you have completed the form.
Save on any new Ooni oven available from our online store. Accessories, apparel, and groceries are not included in the discount.
A single upgrade credit will apply to a single oven within an order.
Yes. The discount will apply to the full retail price of all included products in the bundle.
Unless otherwise stated, credit cannot be combined with other offers or promotions on ooni.com.
Yes, absolutely. We want our Ooni ovens to keep being experienced, so encourage you to gift to family or friends.
This is not required and we’re not encouraging customers who have participated in the Upgrade Program to send their oven back to Ooni. We would rather this is reused, regifted, or recycled locally.
